These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the max39 platform, including all products, services, accounts, and promotions available at max39.asia. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

You must be aged 21 or above to register and maintain a max39 account. Age verification is mandatory. max39 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
Each individual may hold only one max39 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be used by third parties.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions detailed in the individual promotion terms. General bonus abuse policies apply.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. max39 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
All player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Withdrawal processing times vary by method as published on the cashier page.
max39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including accounts involved in fraud, collusion, system abuse, or chargebacks.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and max39 ("max39", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated at max39.asia (the "Platform").

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place Wagers on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. max39 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a Malaysian identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any winnings voided, and deposits returned subject to verification of source.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. max39 may, at any time, require you to verify the information held on your account as a condition of continued access.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. max39 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed territory.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify max39 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account.
max39 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any Wager placed using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been placed by you, unless you have promptly notified max39 of a compromise to your Account security prior to such Wager being settled.
Accounts may not be transferred to, sold to, or operated by any third party. Any such transfer is null and void and may result in permanent suspension of the Account.
All deposits to the Platform must be made via payment methods approved and listed in the Platform cashier section. max39 supports deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other approved local banking channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits are credited in MYR only.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in your own name that has been verified in accordance with max39's identity verification procedures. max39 reserves the right to require identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal limits, minimum amounts, and processing timeframes are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change with notice.
Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a deposit transaction made to the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms. max39 reserves the right to suspend the Account associated with any chargeback, recover any associated winnings, and pursue the matter through available legal and debt recovery channels.
max39 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We are required to verify the source of funds for deposits above specified thresholds and may request supporting documentation. Deposits that cannot be adequately verified may be returned. Any funds that appear to be associated with money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities.
From time to time, max39 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
Each Game available on the Platform is governed by individual game rules displayed within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific Game's rules and these Terms, the specific Game rules shall prevail in respect of that Game only.
All Games are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games operate in accordance with the rules of the physical game as administered by the relevant studio. max39 publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all Games.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a Game, max39's system logs constitute the definitive record of the state of play at the time of the malfunction. max39 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

We provide a range of player protection tools accessible via your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. All content on the max39 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and database compilations — is the property of max39 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of max39.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, max39, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
max39's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the max39 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. max39 processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including obligations relevant to our international gaming licence.
max39 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, max39 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which max39 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through max39's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence max39 operates.
